Life Length se reserva el derecho a modificar o adaptar la presente Política de protección de datos en cualquier momento. Life Length recomienda revisar la misma, y si una persona se ha registrado y accede a su cuenta o perfil, se le informará de las modificaciones.
¿Qué datos se recopilan?
- Datos identificativos, como su nombre, apellidos, DNI y, en su caso, la imagen para ser incorporada en el informe.
- Datos de contacto, como su número de teléfono, dirección de correo electrónico y postal.
- Información relativa a sus tarjetas de crédito y débito.
¿Con qué finalidad se recopilan?
Gestionar sus citas y contratación del servicio(s) solicitado(s), así como para el proceso del pago y facturación.
¿Cuál es la base legal?
La base legal es el consentimiento que presta a Life Length al contratar los servicios a través de nuestra página web.
¿Qué medidas de seguridad se aplican?
Se ha adoptado un nivel óptimo de protección de los datos personales que se manejan y se han instalado todos los medios y medidas técnicas a nuestra disposición según el estado de la tecnología para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de sus datos personales.
¿Se ceden los datos a terceros?
Sus datos, salvo por disposición legal, no se cederán a terceros. No obstante, Life Length y atendiendo a las directrices de las autoridades sanitarias, deberá comunicar a la Consejería de Sanidad de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid los datos identificativos y resultados de las pruebas en caso de que sean positivos. Así mismo, y siempre que medie previa autorización por su parte, Life Length se encargará de comunicar sus datos personales y el informe emitido a aquella/s entidad/es u organismo/s competente/s en el país o países de destino que así lo requiera/n con la finalidad de que Vd. pueda acreditar, ante cualquiera de ellos, el resultado de las pruebas realizadas por Life Length. En todo caso para la prestación del servicio será necesario comunicar a bancos y entidades financieras sus datos para el cobro del servicio prestado y, en su caso, a los encargados del tratamiento necesarios para la prestación del servicio, siempre con la máxima seguridad.
¿Qué derechos tiene el usuario?
- A saber si se están tratando sus datos o no.
- A acceder a sus datos personales.
- A solicitar la rectificación de sus datos si son inexactos.
- A solicitar la supresión de sus datos si ya no son necesarios para los fines para los que fueron recogidos o si retira el consentimiento otorgado.
- A solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos, en algunos supuestos, en cuyo caso sólo se conservarán de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.
- A portar sus datos, que le serán facilitados en un formato estructurado, de uso común o lectura mecánica. Si lo prefiere, se le podrán enviar al nuevo responsable que designe. Sólo es válido en determinados supuestos.
- A revocar el consentimiento para cualquier tratamiento para el que hayas consentido, en cualquier momento. Si modifica algún dato, Life Length agradece que se nos comunique para mantenerlos actualizados.
Igualmente, las personas interesadas tienen derecho a recabar la tutela de la Agencia Española de Protección de datos a través de su página web www.aepd.es.
¿Life Length tiene formularios para el ejercicio de derechos?
- Life Length tiene formularios para el ejercicio de tus derechos. Se pueden pedir por e-mail o se pueden usar los elaborados por la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos o terceros.
- Estos formularios deben ir firmados electrónicamente o ser acompañados de fotocopia del DNI.
- Si le representa alguien, se debe adjuntar copia de su DNI, o firma con su firma electrónica.
- Los formularios pueden ser presentados presencialmente, enviados por carta o por mail en la dirección del Responsable al inicio de este texto.
¿Cuánto se tarda en contestar al ejercicio de derechos?
Depende del derecho, pero como máximo en un mes desde su solicitud, y dos meses si el tema es muy complejo y se notifica la necesidad de mayor tiempo.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo se mantienen los datos personales?
Los Datos Personales facilitados serán mantenidos durante el plazo necesario para llevar a cabo los fines en base a los cuales han sido recabados o registrados. En todo caso, sus Datos Personales podrán ser conservados posteriormente mientras el tratamiento sea necesario para el cumplimiento de una obligación legal y/o para la formulación, el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones. Asimismo, es posible que tengamos que conservar determinados datos con fines de archivo y/o para finalizar cualquier operación que Vd. haya iniciado antes de solicitar la rectificación o cancelación en cuestión.
MARCO NORMATIVO
El marco normativo aplicable para el tratamiento de datos personales efectuado por el Responsable es el Reglamento 2016/679 de 17 de abril de 2016 (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.

You can contact us through any of the above means. Life Length reserves the right to modify or adapt this Data Protection Policy at any time. Life Length recommends reviewing it, and if a person has registered and accesses your account or profile, you will be informed of the changes.
What data is collected?

For what purpose are they collected?
Manage your appointments and contracted services, as well as for taking payment and billing.
What is the legal basis?
The legal basis is the consent you give to Life Length when contracting services through our website.
What security measures apply?
The highest feasible level of protection has been adopted of the personal data that is handled and all the means and technical measures at our disposal have been installed according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of your personal data.
Is the data transferred to third parties?
Your data, except by legal provision, will not be transferred to third parties. However, Life Length and in accordance with the guidelines of the health authorities, must communicate to the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Community of Madrid the identifying data and results of the tests if they are positive. Likewise, and provided that prior authorization is made by you, Life Length will be responsible for communicating your personal data and the report issued to that entity(s) or competent body(s) in the country(s) of destination that requires it in order for you to prove, before any of them, the result of the tests carried out by Life Length. In any case for the provision of the service it will be necessary to communicate to banks and financial institutions their data for the collection of the service provided and, where appropriate, to the processors necessary for the provision of the service, always with the maximum security.
What rights does the user have?
- Whether or not your data is being processed.
- To access your personal data.
- To request the rectification of your data if they are inaccurate.
- To request the deletion of your data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or if you withdraw the consent granted.
- To request the limitation of the processing of your data, in some cases, in which case they will only be kept in accordance with current regulations.
- To carry your data, which will be provided to you in a structured, commonly used or mechanical reading format. If you prefer, you can be sent to the new manager you designate. It is only valid in certain cases.
- To revoke consent for any treatment for which you have consented, at any time. If you change any data, Life Length appreciates that you are contacted to keep it up to date.
Likewise, interested persons have the right to seek the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its website www.aepd.es.
Does Life Length have forms for exercising rights?
- Life Length has forms for the exercise of your rights. They can be ordered by email or they can be used by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties.
- These forms must be electronically signed or accompanied by a photocopy of the ID.
- If someone represents you, a copy of your ID, or signature with your electronic signature, must be attached.
- Forms may be submitted in person, sent by letter or mail to the Address of the Responsible at the beginning of this text.
How long does it take to respond to the exercise of rights?
It depends on the request, but at most one month from your application, and two months if the requirements are very complex and the need for more time is needed.
How long is personal data maintained?
The Personal Data provided will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the purposes on the basis of which they have been collected or recorded. In any case, your Personal Data may be kept later as long as the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation and / or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims. We may also need to retain certain data for file purposes and/or to complete any transaction you have initiated before requesting the rectification or cancellation in question.
REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
The applicable regulatory framework for the processing of personal data carried out by the Controller is Regulation 2016/679 of April 17th, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
